Iodine Scrub

Iodine Scrub and Shampoo

When your pet suffers a scrape or superficial wound, you can clean its skin with an iodine scrub or shampoo. These medical products contain povidone iodine. This is easy to dissolve in water and does not sting. The Scrub does not contain grains and is soft for the skin.

Application of Iodine Scrub and Shampoo

You can use the scrub on hairless skin. The shampoo is suitable for the coat and underlying skin. The scrub should be diluted with water: apply a small amount of srub onto the skin, moisten and massage it in until it foams. Then rinse the skin with lukewarm water. Finally, dry the skin, including between the skin folds. You can repeat this treatment once or twice daily.
