What if the Hurtta Padded Collar doesn't fit?
To check if the collar fits, you may remove the collar from its packaging and keep it next to your pet. This way you can check if it fits. For hygienic reasons, you may not return the collar if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find on return that the collar is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty or washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then be for the benefit of a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning.
