Francodex Vitamin C Liquid

Guinea pigs need vitamin C daily as they are unable to produce it themselves. Guinea pigs that are recovering or lactating need even more vitamin C. A deficiency of this vitamin may lead to problems with locomotion, reduced appetite and spontaneous bone fractures. It is therefore important to add vitamin C to the daily diet of your guinea pig.

Usage

Shake before use. You can use the measuring cup to measure the dose.

• Preventive: add 5 ml of Vitamin C to 1 litre of drinking water
• In recovery period: add 15 ml to 1 litre of drinking water for 10 days
• Lactating and pregnant females: add 15 ml to 1 litre of drinking water, for 10 days

It is best to change the drinking water daily, as vitamin C is sensitive to light.
