Maintenance
The leather exterior is easy to maintain with saddle grease, the fabric exterior with green soap. If your dog likes to swim in the sea, it is advised to take it off because leather and salt are not a good combination.
What if the product doesn't fit?
To check if the product fits, you can take it out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet. That way, you can see if it will fit. Because of hygienic reasons, you can’t return the product once you’ve put it on your pet. If we see that the product has stains, hairs, smells, or has been worn or washed upon return, it will not be returned to you and will be donated to the local shelter. We are often returned products that are not in a new condition, so we have to apply these rules for fitting and return.
